Once payment has been made in full, items are shipped, please allow up to 5 working business days for delivery. Denir Diamonds is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Delivery can only be made to physical addresses, for obvious reasons we cannot ship to a PO Box.

All processed orders are fully insured before shipment either by Denir Diamonds directly or by its carrier.

Denir Diamonds bears no responsibility for any custom’s levies or import duties, VAT, clearance charges or other taxes charged by local authorities or the country of destination.
